I have a problem with media player

i wander if anyone else has this problem, if im listening to mp3s and i recieve a call, when i have finished and play the music again it doesnt mute the speaker properly, it also does this if i have the media player open and receive a call when music is not playing. I cant seem to get the exact cause of the problem but its seems to but the above.

Just wandering if anyone else has noticed this, the only way i can get it to mute again is by turning the phone off and on again.
