Language problem... HELP!!! WM2003

Help me please... I hard-resetted my phone last night, and guess what? It came back in Deutsche!!! I went under settings (identified by the picture) and found the language settings. Under 'spache' there is only one option = DEUSTCHE. Help me!!!

okay... found the solution already. however, I lost phm regedit during the hard reset, and my office won't let me download the file. There's a firewall. Can some kind soul please send the file to my email? Would appreciate it so so so much.

Hope I'm not breaking any rules here... Up to my understanding, phm regedit is freeware... sorry... I have no other choice but to request from anyone here to send to my mail...
