Adding t9 dictionary to sp2003 - Possible?

Anyone know if it's possible to add a t9 dictionary to a phone running sp2003, if the language in question, is'nt natively supported by the software? ie. I want to add a Danish t9 to a phone that only has english, german, dutch and russian.

As far as I'm aware it's not possible on 2003. There was

a sort of fix for 2002 posted a while back in the Software section.
