Guest rpb Posted September 27, 2004 Report Posted September 27, 2004 This thread http://www.expansys.com.au/forumthread.asp...E_SP3I&thread=1 seems to indicate that the SP3i could be released in the UK in October. Does anyone have any more details on a release date / network?
Guest squall Posted September 27, 2004 Report Posted September 27, 2004 keep an eye on the news thread! Will be released by T-mobile, hopefully in october http://www.modaco.com/viewtopic.php?t=114761
Guest beersoft Posted September 27, 2004 Report Posted September 27, 2004 according to my hero and master at drunken webmastery , gears of 20 pints of lager and a pack of cheesey moments/coolsmartphone.com T-Mobile UK say, "SDA? Nah, that's not gonna be released in the UK. Neither is the MDA range" later Owen
Guest rpb Posted September 27, 2004 Report Posted September 27, 2004 There are slight differences between the SDA and the SP3i. The SP3i is a bit smaller for one thing. I thought I read somewhere that the SP3i could be destined for Vodafone but I could be wrong.
Guest midnight Posted September 27, 2004 Report Posted September 27, 2004 according to my hero and master at drunken webmastery , gears of 20 pints of lager and a pack of cheesey moments/coolsmartphone.com later Owen Wanna bet? :)
Guest Pondrew Posted September 27, 2004 Report Posted September 27, 2004 according to my hero and master at drunken webmastery , gears of 20 pints of lager and a pack of cheesey moments/coolsmartphone.com later Owen Oh, don't say that, I'm desperate for a Smartphone on a provider other then Orange. Not that I've got anything against Orange, still think they're great BUT they got no signal at home and I'm fed up with it. Come November when my contract is up I'm looking to move, and the first non-Orange provider with a Smartphone will win my business...
Guest stclive Posted September 27, 2004 Report Posted September 27, 2004 good point, the more smartphone distrubutors the better! orange should buck up their ideas now seeing as t-mobile are joining the 21st centuary
