my phone is set to headset mode.

i have tried changing it back it never goes to speakerphone. i have also tried resetting the phone but failed. anyone with any ideas?

If its an E200, the speakerphone is enabled by holding down the 'Make Call' or green handset button

if its stuck in headset profile this is a known issue where the switch in the headset port warps and jamps. popular fixes include blowing sticking things in ie matches and inserting and removing headset repeatedly
