C500 Orange Homescreen Problem

Has anyone else found this...

The Multimedia Album has usefull function to zoom and setup a picture then save as homescreen. But on the Orange C500 Default home screen there is has a gap between the top icon line wich the signal strenth etc and the picture. :roll:

Sorry mate, haven't tried using the multimedia album for setting my background.

If your having problems copy the picture to your computer, and resize it to 176x200, paste it into Storage/Application Data/Home and select it as your background image in the setting menu and it should work fine.

Hope this helps at least until someone more intelligent comes up with a solution :wink:

aye Frosty, noticed the same problem. bloody grey bar across the top.

think it's a bug. not sure tho.

thankfully the onboard memory has been bumped up so as kurtfhouse says you can resize your images stick em in the home folder andselect em from there.

downside is any images you want to set if you've taken em from the camera can not be used.

not sure if there's a solution yet.
