Startup sound on C500 doesn't play

I know this is a newbie question, and I *have* done a search, but couldn't find anything relating to the C500 (mostly Moto's)

I want a startup sound on my C500, but it isn't playing.

I've got an 82Kb wav, about 2 secs in length and I've used Soundz Cool to put in on the phone (it's in StorageApplication DataSounds)

I've checked the Registry entry (which looks correct) and the path to the file.

It just doesn't play.

Any ideas?
