No email account setup possible in WM2003: HELP!!

I updated Mpx200 with CARTMAN WM2003.

After the upgrade I can't setup an email account. If I go to inbox-menu-options-account setup I only get two options: SMS and Active Sync but no Email Account.

Also I've found poutlook.exe in the windows folder in the mpx200 through the File manager but if I try to run it it won't work. I get no error message but it just simply doesn't start up.

How can set up a POP3 account?

In the account setup, hit Menu-->New

If I go into Inbox I have 2 options:

-New (for a new SMS)

-Menu, with a lot f options in which one is Accounts/Folders

If I press that one I get another menu with only SMS and ActiveSync and only 2 options:

-Select

-Folders

No matter which one I press I get nowhere near setting up an EMAIL account... any ideas?

New e-mail account: Inbox -> Menu -> 8 Options -> 5 Account Setup -> Menu -> New
