What are these .PIT files?

how can we change the back groun on caller ID?

the Pit files are like the background of caller ID.. the way you want to change them are only 2 ways... 1st is going to the web site providing these pit files. 2nd is using program to make it by yourself....anyway, try it first...

Go to www.lemondeduskin.com and click "Telechargement" and then "Tous les Skins" and you'll get a list of all the designers who've made them (and every other type of skin).

There are plenty up on this site too in various threads ; try a search.

hmmm. I cant read french at all....

Anyone help on exact how to see and download these skins for that part without needing to know french?

Pas de problem, monsieur :wink:

Get to the front page.

Click the 'Telecharger' (Download) button.

You'll see 'Les 4 derniers Skins' (the last 4 skins)

Then 'Tous les skins' (all...)

Gives you a grid with all the authors and the number(s) of what types of skin they've uploaded.

There are some fantastic PITs in there, it's well worth an hour's browsing.
