Physical memory?

So, on my C500, when I open 'show sys. status' in task manager, my physical memory reads Tot: 21.68 M Free: 6.17 M (28%).

The only apps open in my list are surrealstart & citytime alarm. The process list doesn't seem to have anything strange in it, & I have even killed the IA caller ID process.

That just sounds like its using an awful lot of memory to me! :shock:

Am I wrong? Is this a similar figure that other users are getting?

dont worry thats normall (you have much more free than me) i have a few things i had to put on the phone.

remember you have the rom when is 20-30mb+ etc

I asked this a couple of time as well as 7mb seemed pretty low, but it seems to be the average and ive never had any problems with multiple things running so guess its how its meant to be! :)
