delete/back key not working

Hi,

I have noticed that sometimes when I try and enter text the delete/back key (next to the home one) doesn't work, very annoying if you make a mistake, but if I switch off and on it will work again.

This happens in several apps, for example if I reply to a text message sometimes the delete won't work, but is i save the message in draft then switch off - on and open the message again and can then delete text.

Has anybody else seen something like this?
