HELP HELP MY C500 ISNT WORKING!!

when i try to switch it on it starts to boot up then i get the windows mobile screen and nothing happens it jus stays there

the flashign lights are green and blue???

can anyone help

i've tried hard reset but not sure if im doing right not sure how long im meant to hold down the soft keys etc

its just a matter of timing. FOR THE C500

1. Press and hold soft1 and soft2 keys.

2. Press and hold power button for around 1 to 1.5 seconds. Release power button. Keep hold soft1 and soft2 keys.

3. Later, screen shoould show instructions to ask user to press '0' key to reset to factory default.

4. Press '0' within the timeout period, which is only several seconds only.

5. If no instruction is shown on the screen, repeat steps 1 to 4.

The timing is sensitive.

u keep saying later but how much longer later?

sop its 1 to 1.5 secs what if u hold it for longer?

i tired it but im still getting the same problem stuck on the windows mobile screen and also a flashing blue light

Did it ask you to press 0 ?

You have to release the power key before the Windows Mobile screen comes up.
