When I have a waiting call, I dunno who call me, I hafta press "back" in order to know who is calling me.. Thankz how can i do if I don't want to press "back"

Im finding your post a little hard to understand. when you have a call waiting the name is displayed on the display.

Sorry about that, but it doesn't show that as well cuz it will show only the duration time which first call. In order to see the name of the waiting call, I have to press _Back_ and then I can see it... Thankz

What phone are you using? My C500 shows the newest incoming caller's name/number...

I use xphone. Actually, the waiting call have worked for me ( Don't need to press "back" in order to know the name of the waiting call, it will show the name with the sound of waiting call. On the other hand, I have to press "bacK' in order to know the name... My speech might be confusing but all you guy can help me, right?
