Mobile MSN charges?

Having been using my Outlook 2003 to collect my Hotmail email since I got it I was surprised to find it failing this morning. On looking at the error message Micr$oft now expect you to pay fro this "privilege".

Anyway, on visiting http://mobile.msn.com/Ruhp.aspx it says you can " Try Pocket MSN for six months on your Windows Mobile device at no cost!"

Does this mean that at the end of 6 months we will be charged for an application that came with the c500?

I couldn't retrieve my email via Outlook 2003 on Thursday but by Friday it was back to normal- Strange or just Normal Micro$oft....
