Power Button Fault

Ive only had my C500 2 weeks but already i have a problem :evil: - the power button seems to be jammed. The phone will only turn on if i remove and replace the battery. then it boots to the home screen but if u touch any buttons it shuts down. Im going back to the Orange shop tomoro to force a new one out of them, but I was interested if this has happened to anyone else?!
