Sounds like you changed the theme without uninstalling first.

The only way to get rid of it completely is to reinstall the theme first. Which one is it ? Somoeone should know where you got it from ?

You can find them on www.lemondeduskin.com

Put "piano" or "palm" into the Recherche box with Skins chosen in the drop-down menu. Then just click on the author's name to take you to the skins you're looking for.
