Hi,

Anyone have any opinions on this match up? Apart from the 6600 looks horrible.

I thought about getting the nokia but couldnt deal with its looks, the only advantage I felt it had was Symbian - wasnt sure I wanted to deal with window on yet another bit of kit.

Opinions invited!

Thanks,

Damo

I have them both.

The 6600 is much bigger and fatter, feels light a brick.

The 6600 sound quality is pants on mp3 playback and the video playback is glitchy and blocky.

Only thing good with the 6600 is it plays N-Gage Games, tony hawks rocks, great 3D graphics.

I'd pick the SPV each and every time. No contest.

Never was a fan of the 6600, but was/am a fan of Symbian.

The biggest advantages of Symbian are (a) stability, and (:) range of 3rd party apps

The C500 (so far) has been entirely stable for me, no problems at all and exactly as reliable as my Symbian phone

The range of MS Smartphone apps is still quite small IMO, so I'd base it on that - what apps do you want/need? Are they available for each handset?
