Orange GPRS - Too Good To Be True???

ok, I've had my SPV for a couple of days now (absolutly love it!) and I thought I'd ring Orange to find out what GPRS package they had put me on.

The bloke in the call centre told me that as a new GPRS user I was paying £6 per month with unlimited usage for the first 6 months

I may be being skeptical, but this seems like an offer thats too good to be true, can any one confirm this before I receive my first bill and get an awful shock (it has been known for the nice people in the Orange call centre to get facts horribly wrong)

Just read through the beginning of this forum, so no need to reply

Looks like messenger is staying on then :D

So on a tangent from my previous post... if i leave messenger on constantly how can I; set sounds for receiving an IM, and how long will my battery last (only had it a few days and due to constantly playing with it, i'm only getting about 8 hours usage MAX)

once again... Ta

To set a sound for message alerts of any type go to programs / settings / sounds and choose from the list of tones there. If you want a specific wav file to play then you would first need to put that wav file in your IPSM/Application Data/Sounds folder - access this thru either all-explorer or activesync. Hope that helps :D
