How do I configure internet & WAP for T-mobile

I recently brought my phone from the internet the its a SPV e200 and its unlock to all networks i am currently on T-mobile and the phone works fine on T-mobile the only thing is i can't use the internet or the WAP

does anyone know who to configure this :twisted:
