What sort of data can be transferred to and from the phone and is it open to work with. How fast can the phone receive data and in what form should it be. Sorry if my english is not so good :)
Guest Will Posted October 14, 2004 Report Posted October 14, 2004 depends on model all models up to e200 have the same connectors as the xda (see pinout in xda-developers.com) the connector is physically upsidedown tho. The c500 has miniusb. upto e200 it is a serial connection (speed upto 9600 i believe).

What I ment was: Is it possible to make eksternal hardware and connect it to the pins, no matter what model you have, and thereby sample data...fx. for hardrate measurements and so on. I have a mpx200 so if it is model specific my question is for that model.

I do know the mpx is only a client, so the hardware would have to be the host, ie initiate and control the data?? i think.. So i hope someone will be able to help you
