Guest paul1912004 Posted October 3, 2004 Report Posted October 3, 2004 I can't decide weather to stick with the orange C500 or go back to the orange e200. Hmmmms and scratches.....

Guest Monolithix [MVP] Posted October 3, 2004 Report Posted October 3, 2004 Depends if you prefer to have a birck in your pocket or not... :)
Guest Disco Stu Posted October 3, 2004 Report Posted October 3, 2004 A "birck" ? C500 is the E200 but lighter, smaller, faster, more stable, more memory, way cooler in the hand. What are you talking about ?!? :)
Guest Monolithix [MVP] Posted October 3, 2004 Report Posted October 3, 2004 2003SE too... And yus - a birck ;p
Guest pisquee Posted October 3, 2004 Report Posted October 3, 2004 i didn't mind the size of the e200, have always preferred bigger phones, the c500 has been some getting used to in this respect, but it is so much better than the preceeding smartphones (that i have used - all released HTCs to date, Compal and mpx200)
Guest Confucious Posted October 4, 2004 Report Posted October 4, 2004 If you need to ask, I have an ericsson SH888 I could sell you
Guest dazza12 Posted October 8, 2004 Report Posted October 8, 2004 I can't decide weather to stick with the orange C500 or go back to the orange e200. Hmmmms and scratches..... I for one am waiting til any problems with the C500 come to light, and are fixed (ha ha) by Orange. That is, if I decide to continue with Orange after being with them since 1995. Call me cynical, but I don't fancy being an unrewarded beta tester for Orange. They did it with the E200, why not with the C500?
Guest squall Posted October 8, 2004 Report Posted October 8, 2004 The c500 is a very stable phone, the biggest issue (the gapi issue) was known about before launch, (and apparently a fix has aleady been found). so i say you are cynical ^_^

Guest pug206 Posted October 12, 2004 Report Posted October 12, 2004 ive had my c 500 a month now and uve allready had to have a new 1 sent to me of the orange care insurance it keeps locking up on me and my mate as well with same phone

If so, is this as well as say, the Nokia 6310? I have a bluetooth headset, and it's a gamble whether the SPV e200 will work with it for a given call. My trusty 6310 has never lost a call through the headset. If the C500 works correctly in this way, I might consider it.
Guest Doombrain Posted October 13, 2004 Report Posted October 13, 2004 My nokia headset works fine. All the buttons do there job, no worries plus the sound is much better on the c500 than it was on my corporate nokia.
