Found Some Java Games That Work!

I don’t know if anyone else has tried but, I have used six Motorola Java games for the V500 and they work! They are not perfect and you usually have to die to end the game and there is no sound, but they don’t lock up my C500.

Finding Nemo is the only java game I have got to work 100%. Actually, dont think there is sound... but its not needed. 8)

Well almost every java application locks up my c500 if I press "back" or "home" by accident. Not really convenient, a java engine that completely locks up the phone when out of focus.

I got Prince of Persia: Sands of Time to work quite nicely by the way :) Even plays some music

Yep, it really runs. The phone does crash on me when trying to exit the game though. Appearently the game was built for a siemens or nokia phone, I lack the "go back" or "exit" keys on my c500 :) If I press the back key on the SPV, the java game loses focus and locks up the phone.

There's no way to "exit by dying" either, as the game automatically restarts in the last level you reached.

Oh well, I like snails better anyways

Does any one know where to get java games like splinter cell 2 or fifa for free?

I've installed a few V500 games on my C500 and they all work with full sound. Shame the screen size can't be changed (windows blue menu bits) :)

I've completed Prince of persia sands of time. You've just gotta watch out for the switches and razors when you're on the lower levels.

Splinter cell 1 and 2 are good too.

The fact that you cannot exit most of the games is annoying because I keep having to pull the battery out, eek!
