Windows Media Player 10: Smartphone Playlist Sync !

This may have come up before so I apologise before I get flamed (I did search!) but I've recently installed Windows Media Player 10 for my desktop and it basically has a syncable playlist feature for such wonderful things such as my E-200 ! Among other things include, rip and burn features aswell as a nice library to hold all documents !
