cannot open my sap ROM v 1.8.13.2

help me..nag upgrade kse ako from ver 1.3.... to ver 1.8.13.. then okay naman sya,by the way, wala akong mmc/sc card...then i eerase ko dapat ulit lahat...na isip ko i run ko ulit ung software upgrade application,which i downloaded from smart's web site..tpos un na..nag loko na..pag ino open ko hanggang bootloader na lang...pag nag hard reset naman ako..passed naman sya...then i even tried upgrading again..then yun na yung message sa PC...cannot open ROM file...what should i do...plss...i even tried on downgrading it with winhex and everything..error pa rin...pls... :oops:
