Guest darklink Posted October 5, 2004 Report Posted October 5, 2004 Does anybody know if the 2003 rom supports swedish language/letters?
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted October 5, 2004 Report Posted October 5, 2004 Not that I'm aware of :) If you alter the language settings in the registry it may be possible but I have not tested this.
Guest darklink Posted October 5, 2004 Report Posted October 5, 2004 Ok :-( How sad... I really like my mpx200 but unfortunally Motorola decided not to release a swedish version and the one i bought from the internet have Danish, French and English. I can handle English menues but not being able to write å,ä,ö is a real pain in the b*t. There is no way to use some kind of international language support? Thanks for the answer
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted October 5, 2004 Report Posted October 5, 2004 Unfortunately none that I am aware of on the mpx200

Guest awarner [MVP] Posted October 6, 2004 Report Posted October 6, 2004 It does work with the hellomoto 2003 rom as well. As I posted in another thread I completely forgot about the option ronny mentioned. sorry  we all make mistakes (sometimes :))
Guest darklink Posted October 6, 2004 Report Posted October 6, 2004 no I have not tried it, mostly because my phone works very well with 2002 besides the letters but I am still thinking about it :-)
Guest ronny Posted October 7, 2004 Report Posted October 7, 2004 It does work with the hellomoto 2003 rom as well. As I posted in another thread I completely forgot about the option ronny mentioned. sorry  we all make mistakes (sometimes :)) what's the difference with the cartman and the hellomoto2003 rom? additional features? fixed bugs?
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted October 7, 2004 Report Posted October 7, 2004 Multi language support as the first version you had to alter the resistry to enable English. Also not many people actually liked the Cartmanlogo. Overall it was just tidied up a bit.
