Newbie needs help!

Hi all, just got my C500.... very happy, even if Orange did wind me up on the phone as thay expect you to know how to set email + msn messenger up just because you bought a smartphone in the first place...anyway it's all sorted now.

however I have a question....

How can i format the Orange try card to be a standard memory card?

I have sync'd my phone to pc and deleted everything in the memory card but it wont let me save much in there...only 4 mp3's or so.

Also Sd cards look well priced in the modaco shop but is there anywhere else I should look?

First thing, the C500 you have just got takes miniSD not SD - make sure you get a miniSD memory card.

The miniSD card you got with your phone is only 16megs so you will only fit about 4 mp3s on it.

I have a 256meg miniSD card and it holds about 6 full albums of mp3s

If you still want to format your memory card, Binary's Task Manager will do it

which has a smaller file size wma files or mp3?

both about the same file size, to get smaller files you have to reduce the quality of the sound.
