Activesync problems with field mapping / file as commands

Hi,

I've just got a C500, works great so far. However having fun and games trying to transfer all my contacts across from my T610 (apporx 350 contacts)

I synced the T610 with outlook 2003, and i now have all my contacts in outlook. First problem is they are all files as surname, first name - rather than vice versa like on the phone. This is a pain - any way to globally set all contacts to be filed as 1st name, surname?

I have activesynced all the contacts onto the C500, however they are all filed as above! I hope i don't have to change 300 contacts manually on the PC side?!?!?!?

And also a lot of numbers have an OTHER field with telephone number in outlook. When i have synced this doesnt come up on C500 :) Any way of not changing this manually again!??

I tried this program but it didnt reformat the title, all it did was add +44 to it. Which is a pain, as now they are harder to read and im not off abroad anytime soon.

3rd question is howto change back?

I presume you are talking about the Contact reformatter which

was written and first posted here by Paul the site admin :)

It was designed for the original SPV that needed the +44 added

to enable the SPV to display callers numbers correctly.

As for changing the contacts I do not know of a way to do this

all at once unfortunaltly.
