download apps and files even without activesync (sap os2002)

pls send me a step by step procedure on how to download apps and files even without using activesync for my sap os2002, im not allowed to install activesync in our company computer with windows xp. i have a usb cable, what should i do? im an average computer user. thanx

If you have cab files copy them to the storage card with a card reader you do not need Activsync then :)
