make plug in unselectable?

Hi. Would like ask the experts here, is it possible to make a plug in display but not selectable in Homescreen? eg, clock & network plug in both are unselectable plug in. As I would like to use batplug for displaying remaining battery life in % in homescreen but would like to skip it when I press down button.
