Doh!!!!!! Is my phone locked or unlocked

I would like to down load a Homescreen.

Some offer versions .cab for locked & unlocked phones.

My SPV C500 is stright out of it's Orange packaging.

I assume it's locked. Is that correct?

Anyone know if the Futurama Homescreen will work on my phone?

It's partially unlocked.

Most things will throw up an alert screen asking you for permission to install.

However some things, for example skins with start-up screens, can only be installed if you fully unlock your phone.
