Guest Coolbox Posted October 8, 2004 Report Posted October 8, 2004 Hi I have been trying the software called Axess. You can read about it her: http://www.msmobiles.com/news.php/3138.html In the text it sounds like they have solved the problem with mpx200 so that you can just assign a button to the application and it will work. My question is then....can I fx. choose the button on my headset to activate the program or at least the volume button?? If this is not possible....is it then possible to make a tweak so that we can use the head set button for calls??
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted October 13, 2004 Report Posted October 13, 2004 The headset button is only for muting calls it is one thing that was discussed on other phones like the SPV in the past.
Guest Coolbox Posted October 13, 2004 Report Posted October 13, 2004 Yes but on the homepage they say: "Some devices, notably Motorola MPX200 and MPX220 have a dedicated but very hard to operate hardware key for this purpose. It is virtually impossible to start Voice Dialing with these units especially in one hand operation mode. Axess addresses this issue in a natural and flexible way. Just download...bla bla." I therefore thought that they managed to solve the problem for the mpx200.
