can anyone help me with the basics?? (E100)

hi guys,

im sorry if i'm being really dumb :oops: but i'm afraid i've just got my first smartphone - an e100 - and i have no idea what to do!

the guy i bought it from helpfully included a cd full of stuff for me but:

1) if i install games or sounds or anything, i can't seem to access them from the phone. i can see them from my pc using activesync but can't open them from the phone.

2) i've tried following the instructions i found on this forum for encoding files to play through media player but i don't get the same options as in the guide (i get sucked into the wizard or can't do anyting - i've tried on v9 and v7.1) so just get error msgs from media player.

i'd really appreciate any help you guys could give me.

oh, p.s. i only have the rubbish standard memory card and am a bit too skint to splash out on a new one at the moment so am reluctant to install betaplayer or anything.
