Quick question: selecting multiple files?

I'd like to delete all the garbage contacts inserted into my phone by orange - is there any way to select more than one contact at once (or file for that matter in any other application) to delete these en masse?

I do it in Outlook and then re-sync with the phone ^_^

Yep, what fozzie said. Just hold down CTRL and click the ones you don't want then hit delete.
