Mitac 8390 MP3 ringtones? play slowww

Where exactly do I place my mp3 files to play them as ringtones. With my mpx200 it was storage/my documents .. w/the mio ???

*edit i've read on another thread that it was storage/app/sound can anyone verify? i tried it and didnt work for me

I don't use MP3s as I got that same problem ... I convert them to WAVs -- I know its larger but indeed it sounds correct. As I've gotten a newer ROM due to me sending it back to Mitac, I'll try it again, but that is indeed where they go. ^_^

that is easy.

you must convert the mp3 format to the wma format,because the wav format is bigger than the wma,

mp3 format is unable in the mio 8390.every wma format ringtone is just 50k or smaller.......so i had 20

ringtones without storage card in my cell phone.
