copy the .jar file to the file system somewhere, browse to it on the phone, click and it opens the java manager thing and installs.

Alternatively open the java thing up and hit the right soft key, select install and follow your nose ^_^

Are the Java games affected by the C500 graphics problem?

I don't see why the Java games should suffer the same gapi problems, its a totally different subsystem.

There are some quite good games for Java - Colin McRae 4, Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow, Rainbox Six 3, 3D pool. All on my Moto V525 though. Haven't got a C500 yet, so don't know if they'll work or not.

Good luck getting them to work. It seems a lot of Java games are coded for extensions for specific phones such as Nokia. I've only managed to find one game that works, and that's flakey.
