MPX 220 Wireless Synch w/Outlook 2003

Hi,

Is it possible to synch my phone with my outlook account via a wireless connection? Other people in our company have blackberry's and they are constantly updated with their emails (we do not have a blackberry server). One of the big reasons I purchased the MPX 220 was b/c of the email capability. I don't have any problem synching via USB but I was hoping I could receive and send via my phone.
