Guest mimi2 Posted October 12, 2004 Report Posted October 12, 2004 My Orange SIM card has stopped working on my MPX200. The phone 'boots-up' then goes to the HOME screen where it says 'NO SERVICE'. At this point the phones is very slow going through the menus, etc. After awhile it displays a message 'SIM FAILURE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICES...' and 'RE-BOOTS' where it stops completely! The weird bit is that the SIM card works fine on other phones and SO do other SIM CARDS on the MPX200!!!!! :x FYI, I did a search for any solutions to no avail!

Guest mimi2 Posted October 13, 2004 Report Posted October 13, 2004 Tried that and it did not work! One thing I noticed is that when I power down the phone it does not go off, i.e. the keypad and outer-screen are still lit but not the main-screen :? Thanks for replying by the way :wink:
