PC active sync

Hi evri1, ive had my new phone a couple of days its gr8 however i cant get it too sync with pc. It connects fine and starts to look for changes however a window comes up saying i havent created a profile in outlook then another window say it cannot access the pim program and then stops syncing with phone? any help? cheers

have you installed MS outlook from the cd?

If you have open it and check it doesnt ask for codes etc. On Installing the software you have to enter the codes before activesync can access it

Thanks i just resorted to uninstalling evrything and doing it again it works now.
