SPV E200 Orange Email Access Problem

SPV E200 on Orange ROM version 2.7.1.1

I have two separate email accounts I access via my SPV

The phone makes a GPRS connection and checks the one account OK

When I then try to check the other account I get error message saying Unable to connect. Verify you have network coverage and try again.

If I switch the phone off and back on and try I can access the other account no problem but if I then try and and access the 1st account again I get the same error message.

Even if I leave an hour between access attempts I get the error - as soon as the phone is switched off and on it works OK for just the 1st access.

Anyone had a similar problem
