Application unlocking the AudioVox 5600?

I was just reading the thread on this site for SIM unlocking. However, with all the great Homescreens here on this site I was hoping somebody was work or has a Application unlock application. I am not wanting or desire any cracked software. I only want to be able to install all apps I choose. Not just the ones ATTWS deems they want to sell me.

Have you received the 5600 yet or have you gotten the impression from someone else that this phone is App locked? It is my understanding that this phone is not app locked only sim locked and you should be able to install anything you desire, the same as the mpx200. If my information is incorrect, please let us know.

I have it in my hand. I have tried to install the games on the ATTWS Windows Mobile site. And one of the home screens and got an error message saying they could not be installed because they are not digitally signed. I have not tried to install any other software except DeveloperOne's Power Calendar. It installed fine.
