Programme Problem!!!!

I have an mpx200 and am now getting an error message on my handset saying "error - unable to read contact data (code:F0009859) 101:200:548". I now can't dial out, retrieve info from my contact file, access calender and there are other programs that used to have data in that now have a series of numbers all over the place. It is also refusng to active sync to my computer, I can still receive text and make calls via the contact numbers on these texts!!!????. Can anyone provide any helpful solutions please. Thanks

Something has been corrupted, The easiest solution is to do a hard reset (click the words for instructions) this would mean loosing everything you have backed up.
