Buzzing earpiece fault replaced with Silver C500

Blimey !!!! After phoning Orange Customer Line and requesting a new C500 (my third) Imagine my surprise when courier delivers a spanking new silver C500 to the door.

Happy days! Im gonna be SO crying if this one screws up. Have checked the earpiece problem which is OK. No dead pixels. NO DUST. No Tss sound during WMA playback. Its probably there but I have never heard it.

I must say though the silver casing makes the gap round the scroll bar look larger than if the scroll bar had the normal black case round it.

Now I just have to spend the evening reconfiguring my phone to the way it was two days ago.

ordered my 3rd spv to....i HATE dead pixels...yesterday i went to the orange shop to pick up the new 1....i checked it and yes..dead pixels...so i had to order a new 1 right away...if that 1 has dead pixels to i'll go berserk!

what is "dead pixel"?
