Why only voice and dialup bluetooth services on audiovox5600

Anyone know why i can only seem to get Dialup and Voice services to showup? trying both widdcom and sp2 bluetooth stacks. Mostly i want serial so i can connect to activesync.

My BT dongle supports other services because my T610 shows 2 serial, file, plus others.
