E200 bluetooth connection problem with ActiveSync

Hi, I would really appreciate some help with this:-

ActiveSync cannot find my E200 although they are bonded (via a key).

In the bluetooth settings I have an incoming COM 5 address but there is no Outgoing address (which I think is what I need for them to connect).

When I try & add an outgoing connection I get an error message saying "windows cannot find any bluetooth devices" even though they are already bonded.

I have reinstalled my bluetooth software (this works fine as I can use my E200 modem connection via bluetooth) and I have reinstalled ActiveSync 3.7.1

Try bonding to the phone from the pc, then bond to the pc from the phone. This sometimes works for me.

Other than that, it's a case of keep trying as bluetooth on E200 seems very touch and go
