Desktop PC <-> Smartphone file synchronising app

I've been looking for an app to allow me to keep a file in sync between my work PC, home PC and smartphone (Orange SPV c500).

Found this one, trial version looks good:

Rubber Stamped Data Sync

Will sync whole directories, so I might us it to keep my Internet Explorer favourites in sync, amonsgt other things

One way it might be improved is if it was intergrated into ActiveSync - anyone know of such an app??
