Where to put ringtones with audiovox 5600 -they dont show up

This is probably a silly question but why cant i get my .wav's or .mid files to show up on my 5600? I am puttingt them in

StorageMy DocumentsMy Sounds

But when i got into settings-->sounds they do not show up.

any idea?

how do you turn key click off too? I have to put the phone in silent right now.

Anyone have any luck getting new ringtones on this phone?

If you put them in StorageApplication DataSounds you'll be able to select them for your sounds.

Also you can use MP3's as the ring tone if you put them in that directory.

Thanks for the help, i was feeling pretty stupid there. One would think that they should go in the folder with all the other "default" ringtones/sounds not some empty one in an obscure place!! heheh
