Orange Customer Service "Out of Service"!!

Been trying to call Orange all day, 150 simply gives a dead line, though connected at the other end. And now it says: "This number is currently out of service"! Funny, I thought. ^_^

I phoned them about a week ago, and they said they couldn't help with my query because the billing system was down. Dunno whats going on.

Yesterday's problem was funny because it lasted until about 9 - a whole day without CS? Don't know if it was just the area I was in. But other guys on Orange couldn't get through.

A whole day is pretty bad, must be having some serious problems.

There was a reported problem, customers were advised if they called 07973 100 150 it would work.

Dunno if was true as never lost access to 150

Tried that and it didn't. Gave the number not recognised error. All is okay now though. Bet the call centre guys had a great day though!

Got Orange Premier so I get a special customer service number anyways, dont call 150 anymore.

Same here, as a small business customer I get a different number to call, which skips all the press number options and get str8 through to a person

When you didn't get through, were they better or worse at being able to help you than normal? Or about the same?

Sorry. I'm just in a really bad mood with them at the mo.
