Activesync using Terminal Services

Help please. I have just been moved to MS exchange 2003. I am using Terminal Services and would like to sync my SPV E200 with Activesync 3.7.1 Build 3244

I am struggling, can anyone assist??

You can't use Activesync over terminal services. Activesync doesn't work in a multi-user environment.
