But because many people are asking about bluetooht on the mpx 200 i thougt maybe this will make it work for those people : ) Just go to : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, Drivers , USB , LoadClients , Default , Then there are 3 folders but the all contain the same files :? So choose one I choose : Default , then there will be 2 folders and again containing the same file so just choose i choose : 224_1 , And then you wil see a folder : Bluetooth_Universal_Driver. And that folder contains a value named DLL and when you vieuw this value you wil see its pointed to : bthuniv.dll Hope this helps someone : )

Guest ronny Posted October 21, 2004 Report Posted October 21, 2004 I think bluetooth will not work on the mpx200. and as awarner have said in his post on another topic. "there are a few things that are in the registry that are not mpx200 related." ^_^
Guest Toad Posted October 23, 2004 Report Posted October 23, 2004 No, it will not work because the hardware does not support it. That stuff is only there because it's part of WM2003 for devices that have bluetooth. The Bluetooth option does not show up in Settings because it's disabled since there is no hardware for it. You can even start the Bluetooth device manager by starting bthbond.exe in the Windows folder, but obviously it won't work.
Guest otacon Posted October 25, 2004 Report Posted October 25, 2004 I think this is because of the fact that smartphone windows mobile was copied from the pocket pc version. And pocket pc's come with BT. My two cents...
