Activesync installation problems

After I changed from e100 to e200 i found that my old activesync wouldnt connect, so I tried to install 3.71 that I got with the phone. I could install outlook but when I tried activesync nothing happened.

Then I tried with my mates I-Mate disc which has activesync on it, same again.

Then I tried microsoft.com, and when I download it, it says its installing then stops and nothing happens.

Any advise?
